Appointments and confirmation

Submitting an Instant Request through our website or booking system does not guarantee an appointment. Requests are subject to review, service suitability, and availability. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation.

Services and pricing

Service descriptions and published prices are provided to help you choose an appointment. Final service recommendations may change after an in-person assessment. We will discuss any material changes in service or price before proceeding. Additional services, treatments, trims, and extension hair may be charged separately unless explicitly included.

Deposits, rescheduling, and cancellations

Any applicable deposit, cancellation, late-arrival, and rescheduling conditions are presented during booking or in your appointment confirmation. Review those specific conditions before submitting payment. Any nonrefundable deposit or rescheduling credit is governed by the terms disclosed for that appointment.

Hair and scalp consultations

We may recommend a consultation or adjust a requested service based on hair condition, chemical history, scalp concerns, or other suitability factors. Photos and consultation responses help us prepare but do not replace an in-person assessment. Results vary by individual hair condition and maintenance.

Client responsibilities

Please provide accurate service and contact information and tell us about relevant chemical treatments, sensitivities, or changes in hair or scalp condition. Arrive on time and follow any preparation instructions included with your appointment confirmation.

Photographs and content

Website text, branding, and portfolio photographs are presented for informational purposes. You may not reuse our portfolio or business content for commercial purposes without permission. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable client consultation images for marketing.
